Information I Collect To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number (if you are outside of the US), payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.

It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data). We collect a variety of information about our wonderful customers and visitors to the Tales of Eleanor website. I share information with Squarespace, Stripe, Shipstation and PayPal as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under the Squarespace Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your name and address with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Intellectual Property Notice All images, text, designs, graphics, trademarks and service marks are owned by and property of Tales of Eleanor or the properly attributed party. It is a violation of federal law to use any of our intellectual property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials contained on this site is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible should we choose to do so, including asking for financial penalties (damages) and/or an injunction forcing you to stop using our intellectual property immediately.
