What is your shipping policy?

Shipping is free in the US for paper goods such as postcards and stickers. We charge an additional $4 for international shipping. Domestic shipping within the US usually takes 2-3 business days. International shipping times can range from 12 days up to 45 days depending on the destination.

What form of payment do you take?

All pricing is listed in USD. We accept all forms of major credit cards (e.g. Mastercard, Visa, etc.)

What is your return policy?

I generally can not accept returns. In the case of damaged items (which may very rarely happen) I am always happy to work with you on a replacement or refund.

What happens if my shipment is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages; however, a claim will be filed with the USPS. If a shipment is returned to us due to a customer error (e.g. incorrect name, address or package refusal), the customer will then be responsible for any re-shipment charges. If the address is correct and reverified by the buyer, a reshipment will be attempted free of charge.

Why does my apparel order ship directly from the printer? What does that mean?

Apparel items are made to order by a third-party printer I work with. This allows me to offer a wider range of sizes and color options without guessing what people might want. The quality is great and I sample all items prior to selling them. These items ship to you directly from the printer once they are produced, so it might take an extra few days for them to be made, depending on how many orders the printer has at the time. This also means if you have other items in your order (e.g. stickers or paper goods), they will ship separately from the apparel items.

What about international customs and other duties?

The buyer will assume all responsibility of customs duties, taxes, and fees. I am unable to alter the price of the good or to relabel the item as a "gift." Please allow up to 45 days for your order to arrive.

If you are from a country that uses characters, please use the Latin Alphabet when entering your shipping address to ensure that the package will arrive at the right place.
